QHR Applies to Extend Expiry Date of Warrants

Kelowna, BC, August 11, 2008 - QHR Technologies Inc. ("QHR" or the "Company") (TSX-Venture: QHR) announced today that the Company has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the expiry date to February 27, 2009 for
1,750,000 share purchase warrants at $0.40 due to expire on August 29, 2008. The original term for
the warrant was 9 months. The warrants will retain the current exercise price of $0.40, and in all
other respects the terms of the warrants will remain unchanged and in full force and effect..
QHR provides integrated human resource management, payroll and staff scheduling (“HR”) software systems for the healthcare and social services sector, and electronic medical records (“EMR”) applications for physicians’ medical offices.
