| Since 1983 Al has been involved in all aspects of marketing software solutions. Al’s determination to develop a fully integrated human resource system that includes payroll and staff scheduling has been the driving force behind QHR's applications. Targeting niche-market software and emphasizing strong client services have added to his success with young companies, starting with New Horizon Technologies which he founded in June 1997. Within the community, Al was instrumental in establishing the Okanagan chapter of AceTech, a mentor group that brings together CEOs of technology corporations from across North America. He is actively involved in OSTEC (Okanagan Science and Technology Education Council) to promote technology in the region, and in 2004 he won OSTEC’s Outstanding Contribution to the Science and Technology Community Award. | ||

| Mr. Saxton was born in England and has lived in Canada since 1974. A career accountant, he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1975. Mr. Saxton is a business professional with twenty years of executive financial management experience in manufacturing, forest products, biotechnology business development and healthcare. His diverse experience with start-up ventures, international commerce, multi-divisional corporations and public sector organizations complements the QHR's requirements for corporate governance, TSX Venture Exchange and securities commission regulations and sound financial reporting on behalf of the company. | ||

| As a Member of Parliament in Canada's government from 1972 to 1993, Jake Epp held the ministerial portfolios of Indian Affairs & Northern Development, National Health & Welfare, and Energy, Mines & Resources. In 1993 Mr. Epp became President of TransCanada Pipelines International, and in 1998 he joined TransCanada Pipelines as the Senior Vice President responsible for Government Relations, until his retirement in 2000. As the Chairman of Ontario Power Generation since December 2003, he commutes between Toronto and his permanent residence in Calgary, Alberta, where he is still active in the oil and gas business community, serving as a member of several boards and clubs. Mr. Epp's experience in government relations and corporate development along with his network of industry contacts are a significant asset and resource for QHR. He was elected as Chairman of the Board in August 2004. | ||

| Dr. Rix, a prominent Vancouver businessman, brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and influence in the healthcare field. A physician for over forty-five years specializing in laboratory services, he has proven relationships through his provincial and national memberships in healthcare associations in Canada. He also has extensive experience in a wide range of business ventures including junior startups, venture capital and executive administration of very large organizations, including MDS Metro Laboratory Services, a company for which he is one of the founders, owners and currently the Chairman of the Board. | ||

| Mr. Hnatiuk is a private sector consultant with 30 years of extensive experience in all areas of government service. He served as Deputy Minister in the three separate portfolios of Health, Corrections and Social Services in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba from 1984 to 1999. After leaving government service he worked from 1999 to 2002 with a large multi-national corporation, SAIC, where he specialized in government healthcare applications. Throughout his public and private careers he has developed effective business resources and networks well suited to assist in the achievement of the long term goals of QHR. As a director and founding shareholder of the subsidiary QHR Central Software Inc., Mr. Hnatiuk is also actively involved in developing for QHR new commercial opportunities in Saskatchewan and across Canada. | ||

| Charles (Chuck) LaFleche, CMA, FCMA, is the Founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Momentum Healthware, an 80-person Winnipeg-based healthcare information technology company. The company's US operations are head-quartered in Nashville. TN. The company develops and markets Financial, Clinical and Dietary IT solutions to several hundred clients in seven provinces and over 30 US states. In 2001, Chuck was named a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada. In 2003, Chuck was named to the Standards Council of Canada. Chuck is a founding board member and Treasurer of the Canadian Health Information Technology Trade Association (CHITTA), and is also sits on two Canadian Standards Association (CSA) working groups that are working on standards in healthcare informatics. Chuck is Chairman of the Riel Corporation, a Winnipeg economic development organization, and he sits on the advisory board of the Saint-Boniface Hospital Research Centre. | ||

| Mr. Blakeway is a business professional with forty years of executive management experience in technology business development. As an entrepreneur and investor, he has founded and operated a number of successful endeavours from service-oriented companies to high technology electronic manufacturing. Since 1982, Mr. Blakeway has been a director of several public companies and currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Wireless2 Technologies Inc., a publicly traded international wireless RFID enterprise that he founded in 1985. He serves on audit, compensation and corporate governance committees and has facilitated the successful qualification of a Capital Pool Company to a Tier 2 issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Blakeway is a member of Simon Fraser University Surrey - Business Advisory Council, BC Securities Policy Advisory Committee (SPAC), Canadian Listed Company Association, Wireless Innovation Network of BC and TEC (The Executive Committee), an international organization for CEOs. | ||
