Director Resignation

May 1, 2006 (QHR – TSX Venture Exchange) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company announces Mr. Frank Estergaard has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Estergaard has recently become the Chief Financial Officer of a natural resource company and will need to dedicate his full attention and resources to the challenges of this position.

The Company wishes to express their appreciation for his professional service, contributions and dedication to the unique needs of a junior software development organization. During his term he has assured compliance with corporate governance issues, regulations and improvements to the Company’s financial reporting system.

Mr Estergaard remains supportive of the Company as it concentrates its business on the development and delivery of software applications used for the administration of employees (“HR”) and patient’s electronic medical records (“EMR”) in the healthcare sector of Canada.
