QHR ANNOUNCES $300,000 IN NEW CONTRACTS

December 21, 2005 (QHR – TSX Venture Exchange) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company, is pleased to report that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary QHR Software Inc. has received orders from Commissionaires Great Lakes (Toronto) and a healthcare organization in Atlantic Canada.

Commissionaires Great Lakes is one of the largest security service providers covering the Toronto and surrounding region. They are the mainstay security force at Federal Government buildings, airports, public events and private enterprise.

This is the second of 17 Commissionaires divisions across Canada to adopt Quadrant HR for their current human capital management requirements. The adoption of Quadrant HR applications by Commissionaires Great Lakes continues to validate the value of the Company’s technologies to clients outside the healthcare industry.

The new contracts will provide approximately $300,000 in new revenue for the Company. Implementation will commence immediately and there is no additional product development required to fulfill these contracts. It covers the delivery and use of the Company’s human resource administration and staff scheduling modules featured in its proprietary Quadrant HR software.
