$250k Ontario Contracts

March 10, 2005 (QHR – TSX Venture Exchange) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company, is pleased to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, QHR Software Inc. (“QHRS”) has received new orders in excess of CDN$250,000 from several clients in Ontario for Quadrant HR™ software licenses.

The new business has been received from existing clients in Ontario who are expanding the use of Quadrant HR™ to include additional facilities across Ontario. The contracts cover the purchase of Payroll, Staff Scheduling and Human Resources (“HR”) modules. Implementation has already commenced and these revenues will be recognized in 2005.

This new business is indicative of the flexibility, power and value of the Quadrant HR™ integrated software solution. HR management is very complex and clients are constantly assessing their HR needs. The expansion of licenses and adoption of additional modules of Quadrant HR™ by existing clients provides a continuous source of new revenue for QHR, in addition to new client marketing initiatives.
