$400k Manitoba Contracts

November 8, 2004 (QHR – TSX Venture Exchange) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, QHR Software Group Inc. (“QSG”), has received another contract from a Manitoba health region. This contract is expected to generate over $400,000 including software licenses and implementation, and ongoing revenues for continuing services.

Quadrant HRTM is replacing several competitive products currently in use by the client that are not designed to function as integrated HR software. It displays the increasing progress of QSG in positioning Quadrant HRTM as an enterprise software solution for HR management in all healthcare organizations in Manitoba.

With this contract, QSG has now contracted with 8 out of 11 health regions in Manitoba and four healthcare facilities in Winnipeg. This brings the total of Manitoba based healthcare employees serviced by Quadrant HRTM to 13,500. The conditions of this agreement will place 1,550 employees on Quadrant HRTM software modules including Human Resources, Payroll, Staff Scheduling and Applicant Tracking.

This contract continues to emphasize the growing demand for completely integrated systems such as Quadrant HRTM to meet the HR needs of the entire organization.
