QHR Software Executives
December 16, 2003 (QHR – TSX-Venture) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company, is pleased to announce that QHR has strengthened its business operations with some changes to key management in QHR Software Group Inc. (“QHRSG”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary.
The design strength of Quadrant HR products has been vital to winning new business. QHR has managed to generate double-digit growth year over year since going public in June 2000. The introduction of Version 2.0 of Quadrant HR has established a strong foundation from which to accelerate profitable business revenues in 2004. To generate significant sales growth, however, QHR needs experienced business managers who can create and implement business initiatives while maintaining its unparalleled product delivery and customer service.
To this end, Mr. Phillip Lovell, a key product architect and employee of QHRSG since 1997, becomes Vice President of Development and Services. He assumes executive responsibility for all product development and strategic issues regarding implementation, consulting, support and technical services, including the maintenance, improvement and performance of Quadrant HR.
The Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert Marak has joined QHRSG as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings twenty years of diverse HR experience in sales and marketing, customer service, project management and engineering support. His experience includes developing sales teams and strategic marketing plans in both private and public company environments.
Version 2.0 has been designed to seamlessly integrate Human Resource management, payroll administration and staff scheduling functions within one software system. These integrated functions have been the cornerstone of the unique design concepts that QHR has been advancing in its business model. Since Version 2.0 came to market in September 2003, one half of QHR’s clients have successfully upgraded to the new version, with the remainder scheduled to complete the upgrade in the next few months.
QHR services more than fifty client organizations with over 90,000 employees across North America. The primary design concept of Quadrant HR focuses on the effective administration of employee information in complex organizations such as healthcare facilities.
