June 20, 2003 (QHR – TSX) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company, is pleased to announce that the Company has held its Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2003 at which several new appointments were made.

The number of seats on the Board of Directors was increased to six. The directors re-elected include Al Hildebrandt, the Hon. Jake Epp, Frank Estergaard, CA, Tom O’Flaherty, Dave Goertz. Added to the newly created seat on the Board of Directors was Dr. Don Rix, a prominent Vancouver businessman. The Board of Directors has appointed Frank Estergaard, CA as the Chair of the Audit Committee, Tom O’Flaherty as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and the Hon. Jake Epp as Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee.

KPMG was appointed as the new auditor of the Company by the shareholders. The change was made to enhance the resources of the Company. On behalf of the shareholders, QHR wishes to thank the previous auditors, Amisano Hanson, for all of its contributions over the past nine years of service.

QHR is quickly growing in stature in the Human Resource (“HR”) marketplace. The Company’s suite of software modules known as Quadrant HR focuses on the effective administration of personnel information in complex organizations such as healthcare facilities. The key design concept is that all HR data is processed once then stored and utilized from a single database. Employee information is then available to administrate all elements of a client’s HR, payroll and staff scheduling needs through an integrated software system.
