Dryden Hillcrest Contracts

April 8, 2002 (QHR – CDNX) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company is pleased to announce that QHR has received two new contracts for the implementation of its software product, Quadrant HR.

The first contract is from Dryden Regional Health Centre , a fully accredited 41 bed acute and chronic care community hospital with 200 employees located in Dryden, Ontario. This hospital serves a population of 15,000 residents in Dryden and the surrounding area of Northwestern Ontario. The health center offers a wide range of services including 24-hour emergency care, diagnostics, surgery, out patient chemotherapy and community mental health programs. Dryden will be installing several modules of Quadrant HR including Payroll and Human Resources. QHR will be interfacing its payroll software with a suite of healthcare financial software products from Momentum Healthware Corporation of Winnipeg.

The second contract is from Hillcrest Health System a non-profit, healthcare organization providing quality health care services in a Christian environment in Waco, Texas. Hillcrest Health System includes Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, a fully–accredited, 396 bed acute care facility with 1,500 employees, Hillcrest Family Health Center, a network of family practice clinics and a Community clinic. Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center is a designated Major Trauma Facility (Level II) by the Texas Department of Health. Hillcrest offers medical services at Fentress Cancer Center, Hillcrest Cardiovascular Center of Excellence, Center for Sleep Disorders, Family Childbirth Center, Home Health and Hillcrest Community Hospice, Center for Occupational Medicine and Rehabilitation Services. This contract is to implement the Human Resource modules of Quadrant HR which will be interfaced to the Meditech Payroll system.

The two contracts will add revenues in excess of $340,000 CDN for software licenses, implementation and support services will be recognized during the current fiscal year when fully implemented. Implementation has started at both organizations and completion is expected by the fall of 2002. The company currently has the resources it requires for the administration, support and implementation of these contracts.
