Bloorview Princeton Contracts

March 26, 2002 (QHR – CDNX) Mr. Al Hildebrandt, President and CEO of the Company is pleased to announce that QHR has received two new contracts for the implementation of its software product, Quadrant HR.

The first contract received is from Princeton Community Hospital, a 211 bed acute care hospital located in Princeton, West Virginia. It serves the west and southwest region of West Virginia. Princeton is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare and offers an extensive selection of services including 24-hour emergency care; state-of-the-art diagnostics; surgical services; home health services; and behavioral medicine. It offers the region’s only cancer program approved by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. Princeton has 1,300 employees.

The second contract has been received from Bloorview MacMillan Children’s Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Annually, Bloorview serves about 6,000 children and youth with disabilities and their families from across Ontario. It offers outpatient clinics, hospital care, technology services assistance, and community outreach activities.

Both organizations will be installing Quadrant HR, the Company’s core Human Resource software modules. QHR will include the implementation of two way, direct interfaces to the Meditech Payroll system through products and services of Medical Systems Management (MSM), a QHR business partner. MSM is a provider of products and services to the healthcare market with over 500 clients in Canada, United States, United Kingdom and South Africa.
The contracts will add revenues of $325,000CDN for software purchases, implementation and support services when they are fully implemented. Implementation has begun at both organizations and completion is expected by the fall of 2002. The Company currently has the resources it requires for the administration these contracts.
