President Resignation

December 3, 2001 (QHR – CDNX) The Company announces that James R. Bond has resigned as a Director and President of the Company, effective November 29, 2001. Al Hildebrandt the Chief Executive Officer of the Company has been appointed to act as President until the next Annual General Meeting.

The Company is engaged in the business of developing and implementing human resource and payroll solutions for large and medium sized enterprises. Its software modules can be purchased separately or bundled in a single integrated product known as Quadrant HR which has been designed to handle all elements of the human resource and staffing management needs.
