Achievers Share Purchase

Achievers Choice Technologies Inc. (“Achievers”) announces that it acquired 6,200,000 common shares of QHR Technologies Inc. (“QHR”) on the closing of QHR’s acquisition of New Horizon Technologies Inc. representing 52.17% of the 11,883,358 issued shares of QHR. The reference to 6,220,000 in Achievers’news release of July 6, 2000 was in error.
